At Kappapet, we love pets, and we believe pets make us better people. We proudly manufacture a vast array of collars, leashes, and harnesses in Shenzhen, China. This includes handcrafted leather and the majority of our nylon products. KAPPAPET factory is ISO9000 and BSCI certified by third party quality supervision, like SGS. We also have 5 complete and strict processes of product production inspection like, IQC( Incoming Quality Control)----IPQC(In-Process Quality)----OQC (Outgoing Quality Control)------ OQA(Outgoing Quality Assurance) to assure the high quality and on-time delivery of products.

We have more than 30 designers, one-third of them have experience of studying&working abroad, so we have enough capacity to fully understand the consumers from European, North and South America, and Australia, etc.
Factory & Facility
Today’s manufacturing facility is just under 45,000 square meters and we proudly offer more than 1000 SKUs.
We use the latest technology machines to best suit our unique manufacturing processes, Production Capacity 10,000PCS per day. Our pet products have been sold in more than 100 countries. We have cooperated with famous Pet Products brands like Petstock, Petbarn, Royal Canin, Hagen Group, Walmart and etc.

As a leading one-stop Pet supplies solution provider, KAPPAPET has developed track records of OEM & ODM vape projects with clients and partners. Its unique process-driven and customer-centric approach range from product planning, design verification, product verification and new product introduction (NPI) to mass production. Depending on the originality and complexity of the product design and commercialization, KAPPAPET can complete one ODM project is about 1--2 months, while OEM projects can be anytime between 10 days.

OEM/ODM Order Process:
I. Once we discuss your OEM/ODM vision with one of our sales representatives, he or she will verify that all your needs and requests will be achieved.
II. Our expert sales team is prepared to walk you through the process of creating your perfect image. From deliberating product specifications to modifications and custom packaging, KAPPAPET will assist you every step of the way.
III. An estimate/quote will be sent to you as soon as possible after discussing your vision with our dedicated sales representative.
IV. Once all details are confirmed, your sales representative will discuss the final timeline to make your product vision come to fruition.
V. When the artwork and labeling is received, premium samples will be produced and delivered for verification of the satisfactory end product.
VI. Once all samples have been approved, KAPPAPET will begin the production phase and you will see the final product as soon as possible.
We have around more than 200PCS different types of machinery, 1/3 of them are imported from Japan, 1/3 of them are imported from Germany, like the Brother brand, Pfaff brands.
Each year, KAPPAPET R&D team will design and launch many new Cat&Dog new items and shows to our clients.
We have our own patents for special design and ideas.
We have R&D Dep., QC Dep., After-sale service Dep., Production Dep., and Sale Dep., as the expansion of our business. We wish our employees working in our factory can make their family better and we also wish they are happy, we usually organize some activities like basketball games, badminton games and etc.
KAPPAPET Brand manufacturer was founded in 2013 by Jason Zhang&Wendy Zhao.
Our first facility was built in 2013 and employed 80 people.
In the year of 2013, KAPPAPET Pet Products was started with $100,000 in the Village of a small factory.
In the year of 2016, Expanded the facility by 45,000 square meters employed 300 people.
In the year of 2016, Established our own R&D team.
In the year of 2018, Bought many types of machinery from Japan and expanded production capacity.
In the year of 2019, Started to have our own warehouses that are located in New Zealand, Australia, Europe, and the USA.
